This past week was the first week of a new transfer! My new companion Elder Christensen is the best and genuinely cracks me up. There's at least one time everyday where I'm laughing so hard Im crying cuz of him. Also I mentioned last week that Im leading out this area which has been really good actually except for my ability to give directions! We drive everywhere and Elder Christensen is the designated driver so I have to give him directions. I know the area and where to go but I keep forgetting that he doesn't so I always miss when to tell him to turn or something. So I gotta start giving "Good Directions!"

Me and Elder Christensen at Thanksgiving Dinner

Happy late Thanksgiving! 🦃 I hope you all had a great day eating lots of food, especially pie, and watching lots of football! We definitely have a lot to be grateful for too! We went to a turkey trot in the morning which was fun but we also went to a turkey bowl after with all of our youth which was super fun!

New District!

- With new transfers I also got a new district and zone which has been fun getting to know other missionaries! Me and my comp also got called as the SMLs for our zone which is the social media leaders.
- saw some more cool sunsets and longhorns

🤮Got food poisoning on Saturday so I was throwing up all night and Sunday morning! I was also speaking in church Sunday and i was feeling good enough so I went and gave my talk praying I wouldn't puke on the pulpit. I didn't so we're good and I also feel much better now.
- Found Joe Rogan's house in my district

Spiritual thought:
Like I said earlier i gave a talk during church and it was on Elder Gongs last conference talk titled "no one sits alone." Not gonna lie a lot of Elder Gongs talks have always kind of confused me but i really liked this one so i would highly recommend listening to it. My biggest takeaway from this talk is to just be christlike! Elder Gong brings up one of my favorite scriptures which is John 13:34: "A new commandment I give unto you , that ye love one another; as I have loved you!" I invite you all to live this commandment, especially as this Christmas seasoning is starting!

Speaking of Christmas I never thought I would say it but I miss the normal Christmas music so y'all enjoy it for me!🎄

I love y'all and send me an update if you have time!
