Hey everyone!! Hows it going?= Pics    https://photos.app.goo.gl/ XdnGgKSD4vJwVCGv8 First of all today was a really good p day! I have been trying to catch a bass here for two months and I finally caught my first one today! And then I caught 2 more so it was a good morning!  We had 3 friends at church yesterday too! Our friends Landen, Ben, and then Ben brought his friend Trevor too! Thank you to everyone that had been praying for them! It is working so keep praying for them!  We also had a really good week of finding last week! We got a ton of referrals! Even though a lot of them didn't end up working out we also had a lot of really cool experiences with them. My favorite one was an old man we stopped by in Oatmeal, TX. He used to run his own mechanic shop in his spare garage so it was really fun talking car stuff with him and he showed us a bunch of cool cars! One of them was a Hudson Hornet. Even though he wasn't interested in coming to church or anything, ...

The Great Texodus

What's up everyone!! Let me just say Texas thunderstorms are something else! I am currently sitting out on our balcony watching mother earth just go crazy while I'm writing this email!  This week was a tough week! I mean that not in bad way because we just worked really hard this week. Elder Clark was also pretty sick but he kept pushing and working hard, and now I think I'm getting sick too so hopefully we can keep up the good work. Because the lords work never stops!!  Another lesson I learned this week about being disciplined was from a member we went and visited. On our records he had not been to church for the past 18 months and every time missionaries had tried to visit him he wasn't home. So we thought we were going to visit a super inactive member. But, when we knocked on the door (also in the pouring rain) he opened it and excitedly said "Elders!! Please come in!"  We got talking with him and learned that he had been working on the road for 18 months ...

Full send is a godly term

Olá todos!!! How is everyone doing? Me and Elder Clark got a lot of good work done in beautiful Marble Falls this week! There was a few awesome times when we decided we just had to full send!  Hello from Oatmeal, TX The first time was when we were looking through our records and found someone who had been taught by tons of missionaries in the past, but eventually was dropped because she just wasn't progressing. We both felt like we needed to go stop by her and full send it. When we got there we started talking about how Jesus Christ is our advocate and that was exactly what she needed to hear! Somehow that had never learned that before and she loved that idea of how Jesus Christ, the person who knows us best, will be our advocate! Her whole attitude changed and she kept saying how hopeful that was!  The next full send moment was when we put our friend Landen on date to be baptized during our first lesson with him! Long story short, he is 13 and lives with a foster mom in our w...

Priesthood Power

Wow this week was just packed full of spiritual experiences! I think it was just one of those weeks where God decides to dump a bucket full of blessings right on you. Then again, thats like every week on the mission so I dont know why it keeps surprising me.  At the beginning of the week we had some really good service on Tuesday. Every Tuesday we do service at the helping center, its kinda like a bishops storehouse. But me and Elder Clark were in charge of picking up the bread donation from HEB again. We got so much bread this week that it completely filled our truck bed!  In one day last week we had 4 lessons scheduled and none of them happened! You'd think that would be a really bad day but we were able to get a lot of good work done anyway! We got a few finds and one of the lessons ended up rescheduling for another day.  Of course general conference was a spiritual high! Our friend Ben came and watched all 4 of the sessions with us and loved every minute of it. It was...
